Back across the water
Where a send-back starts
On the order page at the retail partner storefront where the purchase happened. Their windows, their steps, their labels; the whole process runs on their side because the order lives there. Our buttons only ever open the listing, so we are not in that loop and cannot start one for you.
Before you box it up
Write to us first. A cutter that seems to do nothing is usually meeting duckweed or algae, which no blade cuts. A rake that will not skim is usually missing its floats. A pull that feels dead often wants ten strokes of the sharpener. We would rather fix the technique in one email than see a working tool travel twice.
If it does go back
Snap the blade covers on before anything sharp goes in a box. Whoever opens it will not be expecting an edge, even if you tell them.
