How an order travels

Press the listing button on any product page and you land on the retail partner storefront that stocks the tool. The order is placed there, packed there, and handed to their carriers. Delivery windows and shipping terms sit right on the listing before you commit to anything.

Where to watch the box

Tracking lives on the order page at the storefront where you bought it. We have no window into it, so a note to us about a box in transit, much as we would like to help, only costs you a day. The storefront order page has the live answer.

What we can do before you order

Make sure the right tool goes in the cart. Write to the dock with a photo of your water and we will tell you which blade, rake, or bag the job calls for. That is the step that decides whether the box that arrives makes you happy.
