How an order travels

Press the listing button on any product page and you land on the page that stocks the tool. The order is placed there, packed there, and handed to a carrier from there. Delivery windows and shipping terms sit right on that page before you commit to anything.

Where to watch the box

Tracking lives on the order page where you bought it. We get no window into it, so a note to us about a box in transit, much as we would like to help, only costs you a day. That page has the live answer.

What we can do before you order

Make sure the right tool goes in the cart. Write to the dock with a photo of your water and we will tell you which blade, rake, or bag the job calls for. That is the step that decides whether the box that arrives makes you happy.
