Which tool fits your water, what a plant off your dock might be, how to work a stubborn bed, whether a bag size suits your truck. That is our territory and we answer all of it. A photo of the weed helps more than three paragraphs describing it.

Answers come from the same people who build the tools, so give us a day or two, faster off season.

Where the mail goes

One address reaches the shop: [email protected].

Paper finds us at 15425 Chets Way, Armada, MI 48005. Know what that address is before you use it: a shop floor where the blades get built, with no counter, nothing on display, and nobody at the door expecting a box. A letter gets read; a tool mailed there just sits in the wrong place. Anything going back travels by the instructions on your order page, not to Armada.

What belongs to the storefront

Orders are placed and fulfilled through the retail partner whose listing you land on from our buttons. Anything about an order you already placed, where the box is, when it arrives, or sending one back, starts on their order page, not in our inbox. We never see order details and cannot look them up.
